If you want to take advantage of the 14-day return option, you can return it in person at our Park BBQ Customer Center during Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. or send it by post to the address Park BBQ Customer Center, Rooseveltova 296, 436 01 Litvínov.
Please attach the proof of purchase (invoice) and the completed complaint protocol to the goods.
When receiving the goods from the carrier, please check the delivered goods carefully. Do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage.

If the delivered goods were incomplete compared to the order, contact our Customer Center at eshop@parkbbq.cz
We try to handle the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving it.
If the claim is accepted, we will send you the money to the account specified in the claim protocol, no later than thirty days after delivery of the withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Refunds by postal order are unfortunately not possible.
If you make a claim in person at our Park BBQ Customer Center, the staff will issue you with a blank claim report to fill out.
